This Return and Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Vorpalonfrthikon ("we", "our", or "us") handles refund requests for evening routine planning services purchased through our website at vorpalonfrthikon.ddd. We are committed to fair and transparent client relations and comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Nature of Our Services

Our services are digital, personalised consulting and planning services. Because our evening routine plans are created specifically for individual clients following a customised intake process, the nature of these services means that standard physical product return procedures do not directly apply. However, we are fully committed to client satisfaction and have established clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

2. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") without giving a reason, provided that delivery of the service has not yet commenced. If you request that we begin work during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to a full refund will be proportionally reduced based on the amount of service already delivered at the point of cancellation.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing within 14 days of your purchase via the contact details in Section 7 below. We will acknowledge your cancellation request within one business day.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Full refund: If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and no work on your personalised plan has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Partial refund: If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period but work has already commenced (for example, your intake assessment has been conducted or your plan has been partially prepared), you will receive a proportionate refund reflecting the portion of service not yet delivered.
  • Service failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeframe and do not remedy the situation within a reasonable period following your written notice, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The 14-day cooling-off period has passed and the service has been fully delivered.
  • You have received and used your personalised evening routine plan in full and are requesting a refund based on personal preference rather than a service failure.
  • You have failed to provide the necessary information (such as your lifestyle questionnaire responses) required for us to complete your plan, resulting in delays that are outside our control.
  • The refund request relates to dissatisfaction with the general concept of evening routine planning rather than a specific deficiency in the service we delivered.

5. Ongoing Coaching Programme Cancellations

For our monthly Ongoing Coaching Programme, you may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us in writing before your next billing date. You will retain access to the programme until the end of the billing period for which you have paid. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing period, except where required by applicable consumer law.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us in writing using the details in Section 7. Please include:

  • Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase.
  • The date of your purchase and the service purchased.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within one business day and aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
